You can donate stock gifts directly to Educare DC. Email sfraioli@educaredc.org to receive our brokerage account information to make a stock transfer.
IRA/Qualified Charitable Distributions
Over 70 ½ years old? Contact your IRA provider or use your IRA checkbook to make a gift to Educare DC. Gifts from your retirement account made directly to Educare DC don’t add to your taxable income and allow you to meet your required minimum withdrawal for the year.
Donor-Advised Funds
Educare DC gladly accepts gifts from Donor-Advised Funds. If you make a gift from your DAF, please let us know who you are so that we can acknowledge your contribution. Clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and BNY Mellon can easily make a designation through DAF Direct.
Legacy Giving
Established in 2022 as a result of two generous planned gifts in honor of our 10th anniversary, the Educare DC Legacy Society recognizes donors who are making a big impact on children and families with a future gift.
